Well yes I have seen the Secret and I think is awesome. Have been practising LOA for awhile and yes I am excited to share all that I have learned and experience.

ya, after seeing the trailer, I think it might be too spiritual/fluffy/cheesy for me, too.. but it’s worth watching even for the small seeds & grains you can pull from it & apply to your life in whatever way works for you.

Ya I actually was watching the “secret” about two weeks ago. It’s pretty good as far as the message it’s giving, but it’s presented in a way that’s a little to spirtiual for me. I was watching another intersting movie today about UFO’s at UFO-movies.com it’s the first movie on the site named “UFO-The Greatest Story Ever Denied”. check it out if you get a sec it’s about 2 hours long.

Ya, that sounds extreme, and I can see how it’d be hard to swallow.

All in all, it’s all food for thought. There were definitely parts in What the Bleep that irked me, and one of the speakers on Larry King’s Part 1 show totally annoyed me – but I think everyone has to apply it for themselves in the way that it feels right for them. i.e. you don’t have to completely turn into a zealot. You can still be real. You can still think something sucks. haha.

Our recreational therapist (I work on a psych unit) brought The Secret DVD for the patients to watch, I watched it with them and couldn’t stand it, especially the parts where it basically says, “if you’ve got cancer and don’t get better, it’s because you’re not thinking positively enough.”
