Willo,

Well written and in my view, very true. Being a business owner is very challenging and when that business is creative, it is even more challenging.

Honest creative achievement is wonderful but it doesn't come easily. Trust, being open-minded and allowing your heart to feel are so critical.

I try my best to follow IDEO's design logic of 'falling forward'. They build proto-types, test them and go back to the lab so-to-speak. They tinker. I love that and find it useful. That requires leaps of faith sometimes in our own ideas and vision.

Anyway, great blog post.

Thanks!
