I want to put an exclamation point there, but I won&#8217;t, but &#8220;Zuni!&#8221;, because I have never eaten there and I was really excited to eat the famous chicken-that-takes-one-hour-to-cook! Plus, Matt, Stig &#38; I can all appreciate the delicious hour before it comes out where we have the opportunity to have appetizers and many, many glasses of wine. hehee!<\/p>\n<p>So the dinner was AMAZING, as promised, and afterwards we decided to go to the little wine &#38; cheese bar at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hotelbiron.com\/\">Hotel Biron<\/a> next door for dessert. The super fun part of that was that I got to do some wine tasting before settling on one. That, and two words: triple cream! Stig&#8217;s advice: any time it says triple cream, get that one. haha! DONE!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/images18.fotki.com\/v330\/photos\/5\/51219\/3897918\/mateowillowinebar-vi.jpg\" border=\"2\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\"><br \/>My *awesome* friend Mateo &#38; I, enjoying our wine @ Hotel Biron<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/images14.fotki.com\/v21\/photos\/5\/51219\/3897918\/mmmtriplecreamcheese-vi.jpg\" border=\"2\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\"><br \/>Connoisseur Stig &#38; I enjoying the tasty triple cream!<\/p>\n<p>After that we actually decided to go for one more drink in that neighborhood, at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/ePPUbb4N4ROfdMXoFB3dSQ\">Sauce<\/a>, which looking back was probably a helpful catalyst in encouraging Matt &#38; Stig to join me for the next adventure of the night: meeting all my peeps at the 500 Club! For the record: Matt &#38; Stig are party animals! :p And if you argue with them, they will prove you wrong! haha!<\/p>\n<p>All in all it turned out to be (yet another) super fun night!
