My awesome friend Morgan flew all the way out from NYC to spend the weekend in LA with me… so sweet!

She helped me work my booth at Renegade Craft Fair LA, and lucky for me the girl has awesome retail experience, so she was a total pro!!

Plus, I loved that even though Morgan & I haven’t spent a lot of time together, we rocked this weekend like we’d been friends for years. Not that I was surprised at all, but we totally got along great. Morgan’s both laid back & easy going, combined with that fabulous east coast no-bullshit-say-it-like-it-is attitude that I adore.

A super fun part of being in LA this weekend, was that Saturday night it just happened to be that my friends Scott & Lisa were having a Bastille Day party. So my awesome friends Misty & Ted were down from SF, Stein had flown in from NY, and our other friend’s Pava & Joe were there, too… such a blast! Plus, they live in Los Feliz, super close to where we were staying at Jonathan & Kerstin’s – so we actually walked to & from the party! ♫ Walkin’ in LA! Which was good, because we were in no condition to drive home after honoring the French so passionately. :p

Eep, sorry to cut this short, but I’m off to go have coffee with adorable Aviva (pictured below), in Venice Beach & then hit the road home! Hope you all had a great weekend, too!
