I had a wonderful time this last weekend – Friday night watched Princess Mononoke – how amazing!!! Gorgeous backgrounds – and creeeepy monsters! or gods as they say! :)
Saturday I helped my friend Nancy at ArtFest – (Show at the Triton Art Museum) out in the beautiful sun – finally bought some of her beautiful prints!! 3 of them:

They are watercolor!! I say that with exclamation because they are done soooo well that can hardly even tell they are – and then when you hear that you are really wowed at how amazing she is!! :) She is teaching Watercolor classes – as well as a wonderful designer – Visit her site to see more: www.nancyrice.com

Saturday night Nancy & continued our wonderful art day & went to the latest Spike & Mikes Animation Fest – soooo inspiring and GREAT animations!
Sunday was another *quest for the perfect couch* for Matt & I – we’re such pro’s now, we can sit on a couch and know in 2 seconds whether we like it, why we do & why we dont :) hopefully today or tomorrow tho’ we’ll have made a decision. Lastnight I shipped off a dear friend who’s moving to NYC – we all met at the Beach Chalet for her final gaze at the Pacific.
Then lastnight Matt & went to Kabuto – the YUUUUMMMMIEST sushi in the city – we gorged. :) yummmm!!!
Oh – so I have to just reiterate for anyone reading – My portfolio isn’t up right now…. I took it down for a full “revamp” *sorry!* It will be again soon – the whole “new & improved” approach – the whole “coming soon, wait in anticipation” – heh – But if you care & you’re still reading – I’d thought I’d give you a list of the latest:

wahoooooo!!!! My site is back up & Blogger is back up – PHEW!!! It was about 4 days of somethin in the stars just NOT wanting my site to be up. hmmmm.. interesting. But inspiring none the less. It’s crazy what ideas and inspirations & motivations you get when you CANT do something…. Over having that cookie in front of you all the time, you get lazy and dont even feel like you want it anymore. …. or something like that.
