One of my favorite quotes in Nigel Marsh’s TED talk is when he states, “Never put the quality of your life in the hands of a commercial corporate entity.” Here here! I also love when he talks about how it is up to *us* to set the boundaries in our lives.

Creating space in my life is all about “elongating the time-frame.” Slowing it down in this fast-paced world is such a gift. If I can do it, anyone can! :)
