My talk is entitled, Invite Your Customers to the Party – Building and nourishing your community through social channels.

Part of me can’t imagine what I could have to share with all of these super smart founders, entrepreneurs and innovators, but hopefully they’ll learn a few things! :)

I’ll know a solid handful of folks there already – so that’s fun, but I also know I’m going to come away with so many new friends. Not to mention an incredible amount of insight and knowledge! Can’t wait.
