In 2007 I launched the WilloToons apparel line, and over the next few years sold at events around the country, or what I like to call ‘the craft show circuit.’ :)

During this time I met so many amazing artists, designers & crafters, and Leslie Yang was one of them. Leslie launched her line, feistyelle, in 2005, and it’s been so fun to watch it evolve.

Her line includes beautifully designed, lasercut earrings, hair clips, necklaces, brooches, and home decor — all made out of sustainable materials such as bamboo ply and merino wool felt. Well designed & eco-friendly? She calls it eco chic, but that’s what I call eco-fierce!

And she is… Leslie has her line in stores across the country and coming out with new designs all the time. I just bought a pair of earrings from her new line actually and they’re so hot! I also bought her Jade Feather Earrings, and wore them for the first time last night and got so many compliments. It’s so neat that you can wear them up or down (see her additional photos on that page to see what I mean)… it’s like owning two pairs of earrings in one!

Leslie is inspiring, both as a rockin’ business woman, but also for her sincere commitment to producing products that are kind to our health and our earth. I’m honored to call her a friend, and a client, but possibly the best part is having the opportunity to share her story to everyone who compliments me on my fabulous feistyelle earrings!
